How do I apply for a traineeship at VFA?
To join our traineeship program, you need to have a job in the field or be about to start one. When you complete the Pre-Training Review (PTR), let us know about your employment situation so we can get you all set up.
Can I apply for a traineeship through VFA if I’m not working in the industry?
You’ll need to have employment in place first or be able to seek your own employment.
Will I finish in 12 months if I don’t do the 3 hours of workplace study each week?
The 12 month fast-track option to complete the traineeship is only achievable if you do the 3 hours of workplace study each week. If you miss any required weekly study sessions, the traineeship will take longer to complete.
